It's a simple story really, I had 28 years of experience with British Gas with the best mates imaginable, People have moved on, I have moved on and I have created a future with a bit more oomph. My own company "Technical Home Services & The Heat Showroom" (thsheat)
Emma is the office manage,r controls work schedualing for customers and engineers,and has a wealth of experiance in this field.
Technical Home Services started off as a heating service & repair company offering breakdown and servicing, also supporting European manufacturer's in their warranty and breakdown work, also providing our own contract schemes.
We also provide installation services,installing central heating systems,fires ,cookers,and all new alternative energy concepts.
The retail side of the business has a showroom called Heat. (Heating-Efficiency-Appliances-Technology )
 
We do offer product knowledge technical expertise and energy efficiency advice to our customers. We also offer alternative energy concepts utilising new technology. To ensure peace of mind THS offer maintenance contract schemes in the event of a breakdown.
Family owned business Emma runs the office and work Schedualing and assists in the showroom.
 
Engineers well trained with a wealth of experience and constantly learning as technology moves on.

• Ambition Energy
    
• Ambition Energy programme was launched by Tony Blair, I managed the programme for British Gas in the North of England and Scotland and eventually nationally, re-skilling and developing over 300 trainees and bringing them into employment.This involved those who were unemployed, made redundant ,disabaled, redunancy,lone parents and people from disadvantage backgrounds.
    
• Ambition: Energy is the government's flagship welfare-to-work programme, and was launched in June 2002. Its overall target was 4,500 jobs created over a three-year period and was very demanding. The programme brings together the National Employment panel, Jobcentre Plus, employers, Energy & Utility Skills, colleges and the Learning and Skills Council through a coordinated approach.
    
• It was a privilege to manage utilising engineering colleges nationally which gave huge job satisfaction in developing candidates into engineering in the domestic engineering market.
