Technical Home Services Ltd ensures that appliances are fully serviced and maintained and breakdown back up is available when required.
Efficiency is improved when appliances are serviced. It also improves the reliability and means there is less likelihood of a breakdown, enabling them to be put right quickly and safely in operation so as to ensure its safe functioning.
Service Contracts
THS 1 Contract
£64.00 per year for a Boiler/Appliance only (please ask if you would like any other appliance on contract)
Central Heating Boiler or stand alone appliances
Appliances fully serviced and safety checked annually
Labour and Parts not included
THS 2 App Contract
£76.00 per year per appliance only (C/Heating not included)
Stand alone appliances only (Gas fires or Cooker, Water heater etc)
Appliances fully serviced and safety checked annually
No labour charges in the event of an interim breakdown visit for standard appliances only
Parts not included
THS 2 Contract
£112.00 per year for a Boiler only (please ask if you would like any other appliance on contract)
Central Heating Boiler only
Appliances fully serviced and safety checked annually
No labour charges in the event of an interim breakdown visit for central heating appliance or standard appliances only

THS 2+ Contract
£124.00 per year Boiler and Electrical Controls labour cover
Appliances fully serviced and safety checked annually
No labour charges in the event of an interim breakdown visit for central heating Boiler and controls

£160.00 Full Central Heating System & Controls labour cover
Central Heating Boiler Fully serviced & Safety Checked annually.
No labour charges in the event of a intermin breakdown visit, for central heating system controls.

Commission pressurised cylinder on annual service add £12.00 +VAT to either service contract
THS B Contract
Integral Water Circulator with Warm Air Heating or Fire with Back Boiler. Add £12.00 +VAT to either service contract
