LPG Service, Maintenance & Installation

Winter Preparation 

THSHeat provide a service for all caravan and mobile homes owners to prevent frost damage over the winter period.

We provide 2 options:

Option 1: £40.00

Drain down domestic water pipes, clear and drain plugs, add anti freeze to wastes and disconnect pipes underneath.

Option 2: Test Only: £15.00

Test system for Anti-freeze, if system is below a certain concentration level we will then proceed to add Anti-freeze to central heating system

(further charges will apply if the system requires the anti-freeze topping up – £15.00 will be deducted from the final charge)

*If you require the central heating system draining down standard labour charges will apply – £40.00 per hour)

Spring Preparation

THSHeat provide the reversal service for all caravan and mobile homes owners ready for spring/summer.

Again we provide 2 options:

Option 1: £40.00

Re-fill caravan/mobile homes and re-connect pipes and test working order.

Option 2: Test Only: £15.00

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

THSHeat also provides annual services for any gas appliance and maintenance after care.

THSHeat work on a appointment basis, therefore please book in advance if you require any of the above work to be carried out.

We cannot guarantee if you ring up you will get a same day appointment as we provide service and maintenance to domestic properties too , we understand the need of park owners and operators for caravan repairs to be carried out professionally and promptly with a minimum disruption to bookings.

Some of the services we specialise in include gas appliance installation and landlord gas safety inspections. We also provide winter drain down as staed above.

Gas Appliance Installation, Service and Repair We carry out work on combi boilers, water heaters, fires and cookers from manufacturers Morco, Worcester, Stoves, Spinflo and Widney,Ariston,Glowworm, and many more you name it we do it.
Gas Safety Inspections An annual Landlord gas safety check is a legal requirement if a holiday home is let out to a third party – even family and friends. We complete a safety record of the whole gas installation including appliances e.g. with checks on gas tightness, regulator pressures, flueing and ventilation etc. together with remedial work if found to be required.

 Method & Insurance

THS Heat method of prevention is not a total guarantee to internal appliance & pipework frost prevention but possibly the best way of prevention.
Insurers do not provide cover during winter months unless the domestic water system has been drained down professionally. We offer this important service on static mobile homes, caravans and lodges.

No guarantees are given for total prevention. This service is available to individual static caravans and lodge owners as well as holiday park owners. We are approved technical engineers for many manufacturers and some insurers.
