Technical Home Services is a Heating Service and Repair Company offering breakdown, repairs and servicing for Domestic Customers while supporting European Boiler & Control Manufacturer’s in their warranty servicing and breakdown work.
We also provide installation services for Central Heating Boilers & Systems, Fires, Cookers and specialist Control Systems.
THSHeat has a large portfolio of domestic customers, management companies, mobile home owners and landlords in the Morecambe Bay & Lancaster – Fylde coast and Pilling – Garstang areas, Lunesdale areas – South Lakes.
Contractors and agents for major European manufactures and PLC companies.
We specialise in providing remote smart communications to control your heating, security, surveillance, plugs for appliance control and even your doorbell (with surveillance) from anywhere. These are designed to take more control of your home and reduce fuel costs, and can be installed in your home, holiday home, small business or landlord properties where fuel consumption is costly when housing students/tenants on all inclusive charges.
